image via ted.com I am a HUGE fam of TED.  I watch talks all the time.  I go to them when I can.  My boys watch TED Kids.   TED blog just posted "10 talks on making school great".  Just made myself a pot of coffee and will be spending my Saturday morning watching (or re-watching) these.   If you ever feel the need to be inspired, enlightened, excited, hopeful, smarter, better- just visit TED.  You can always find a spark there.  

Children Inspire Design and our sister site Fresh Words Market donates 10% proceeds of sales from our sites to global initiatives that help women and children.  This is our first year for our social giving program, and to date we've raised near $8,000.  Not bad for a little design company.  I am so proud of the hard work put forth to make this work, and I'm so grateful for you, our supporters for buying our art.  Together we've added one more layer to the awesomeness of giving and receiving good art!
