You can purchase directly from our site via Paypal. Your products will be shipped only after full payment has been received. If you have paid by E-Check payment needs to be cleared before shipping.
Taxes
Sales tax is automatically calculated prior to payment.
Shipping
We try to guarantee shipping within five business days, unless otherwise specified. Within the United States, all orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
International Shipping
All International Packages are mailed USPS First Class International. Shipping internationally may cause additional fees or duties when delivered. These fees are soley the responsibility of the buyer. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees.
Special Shipping
We understand that extenuating circumstances may exist. Please email info@childreninspiredesign.com for special shipping quote.
Returns
Refunds or exchanges can be made, provided that all items are be retuned within 10 days of receipt. Please email us at info@childreninspiredesign.com so we can process your return right away. All opened, damaged, used or washed items cannot be returned. Exchanges may be made if the item has not been damaged in any way and original product is still available. Custom fees and return shipping costs are not eligable for refund. All sales items are final.
Reporting Damaged Packages
Please email us immediately at info@childreninspiredesign.com and we will process a claim and/or replacement. USPS usually requires an inspection in the event of damage so please hold onto all packing materials and the item until further notice. print*pattern*paper MUST be informed within 5 days of delivery of all damaged goods, or we cannot process a claim. Please inspect all deliveries thoroughly upon arrival.
